Randy Dricken - Technology Supervisor
I graduated with a Bachelor Degree from DeVry Institute of Technology. I spend the next 15 years working as a remote field service technician servicing Credit Union and Library systems. After that I worked for a local manufacturing company as their network administrator. From there I joined the Elkhorn Area School District as the Technology Supervisor in 2002. Over the past 10+ years we have seen rapid growth in technology and technology demands both in the private sector and in schools. The challenges are never ending but our goal has remained the same, to prepare our students for a highly technical global community.

Gina Rand - Computer Specialist/Technology Integrator
I have been a computer specialist in the Elkhorn Area School District for 9 years. I have worked as a computer tech for the district but in recent years have also been involved in technology integration. I am very enthusiastic about technology and enjoy helping staff choose the right technology to engage students in blended, flipped and traditional classrooms. It is very exciting to see a teacher have the courage to try something new in the classroom - especially when it is successful!
I received a Bachelor Degree from Ripon College and have had many computer related jobs and have continued my education in technology throughout the years. I have been fortunate to experience many exciting jobs in technology beginning with a job at Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. collecting and manipulating test result data for this safety testing company. I worked at St. Patricks School in Elkhorn for 10 years as a Computer Specialist/Computer Teacher prior to accepting my job in the Elkhorn Area School District.
I have 3 children and 2 stepchildren (4 step grandchildren!). Markie and Matthew Schmidt graduated from Elkhorn Area High School in 2007 and 2009. Markie is a Graphic Designer in Milwaukee and Matthew is a Mechanical Engineer for Thermal Transfer Product in Racine, WI. Ryley is currently a Freshman at EAHS. I am very proud of them - but that goes without say - I'm their Mom, right?! My husband Rick works for a builder in Janesville, WI. All in all - our family keeps Rick and I very busy and happy!

Bryan Erskine - Computer Specialist Elkhorn Area High School
My name is Bryan Erskine (Salmons). I was born and raised in Elkhorn and graduated in the class of 2001 where I went on to join the US Navy. For the Navy I started out as an Engineman working on air conditioning and refrigeration units, small engines, and most home equipment. After about two years I was converted to Corpsman where I specialized in psychiatric care and combat medicine. I have always had a love for technology and it has always been my passion and hobby so after getting out of the military after 8 and a half years and multiple deployments I began working for the Elkhorn Area School District as the Health Aide at Tibbets. During this time I went to College at night at DeVry University earning an Associates Degree of Applied Science with a focus on Network Systems Administration. I recently completed my Bachelors of Applied Science with a focus on Network Systems Administration also at DeVry University. I love to continually learn more about technology and the new advancements as they are released as well as learning more about how to integrate multiple technologies together to become more efficient and effective.
